AN OPEN LETTER TO THE MEDICAL AND DENTAL PROFESSIONS:

Dear Physicians, Dentists, and other Healing Professionals:

Based upon the medical literature, experiences of individuals, principles of chemistry and biochemistry, and evidence in my own clinical practice, I would like to challenge anyone to conclusively prove that the toxicity induced by the element MERCURY in its varied forms is not the PRIMARY, DIRECT and/or INDIRECT (i.e. root) cause of ANY and ALL of the following disorders:

  • All Neuritis and Neuropathies
  • Alzheimer's Disease
  • Amyloidosis
  • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
  • Arteriosclerosis
  • Asthma
  • Autoimmune disorders
  • Benign Essential Tremor
  • Bipolar Disease
  • Birth defects, including "genetic"
  • Bleeding gums
  • Cancer of every type
  • Candida Syndrome
  • Canker Sores
  • Cardiac Arrhythmias
  • Cardiomyopathy
  • Cataracts
  • Chronic infections
  • Chronic inability to gain weight
  • Deafness
  • Depression, Endogenous
  • Diabetes Mellitus
  • Down's Sundrome
  • Endometriosis
  • Environmental Illness
  • Erythema Nodosum
  • Essential Hypertension
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Glaucoma
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis
  • Headaches
  • Hodgkin's Disease
  • Huntington's Chorea
  • Hyperlipidemia
  • Hypoglycemia
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Immunodeficiency states
  • Infertility
  • Interstitial Cystitis
  • Leukemia
  • Macular Degeneration
  • Memory loss
  • Multiple Chemical Sensitivity
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Nephrotic Syndrome
  • Obesity
  • Osteoporosis
  • Parkinson's Disease
  • Periodontal gum disease
  • Premature births
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Sarcoidosis
  • Schizophrenia
  • Sinusitis, chronic
  • Sleep apnea
  • Spastic Torticollis
  • Suicide
  • Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
  • Thyroiditis
  • Tic Doloreaux
  • Tinnitus
  • Ulcerative Colitis
  • Vertigo
  • HINT: One possible method might be to start by encountering a population in a land-locked third world country [a people which don't eat ocean fish and sea foods, and which have not had any mercury-containing dental amalgams placed for at least two generations] and checking on the frequency of the above disorders in that population as compared to industrialized, dentist-served, seafood-eating populations such as found in the United States of America.

    Sincerely,

    Jon R. Mundall, M.D.
